Michaël’s

restaurant, from kitchen to food or furniture... : Anything that a

Buying is the only company in France

In fact, Michaël’s
Buying is the logical result of my professional experience :

Ejzenbaum says :
After getting my Food & Catering degree, I have successively been
in charge of all the various job aspects of this exciting business :
- On the
HOTEL aspect (2, 3 and 4 stars) :
receptionist, night auditor, gouvernante, marketing and commercial
department (events organization), Head Manager.
- On the
FOOD & CATERING aspect : chef,
maître d’hôtel, purchasing manager, F & B
manager, director, organization of gastronomic events.
Then, I decided to
orientate my carreer on the specific aspect of PURCHASING
:
- Purchasing
Manager for the Blue Green Group , being also in charge of the creation
and enforcement of a unique menu for a group of 30 restaurants
throughout France (conception, logistic, team management and team
training).
- Purchasing
Manager for the Groupe Bertrand which is one the largest group in
France (Sir Winston, Latina Café, Chesterfield Café,
Brasserie Lipp, Hôtel Saint-James, Bert’s, Tsé...).
I was responsible for the entire purchasing volume for all products as
well as in charge of all the technical aspects (kitchen & bars
conception).
Then I decided to
create my own company Michaël’s Buying, in
order to put at the disposal of the entire Food & Catering business
my experience of answering to any quiry.
This means that Michaël’s
Buying is the specialist who is able to provide :
